This is Eat Raleigh, my little corner of the internet where I can post some of the most delicious and satisfying food in Raleigh and surrounding areas.
Searching the internet one day I came to the conclusion that Raleigh, while having an abundance of excellent food, has a lack of food blogs. Well actually, there are no food blogs about Raleigh. I figured that I could change that.
But what qualifications do I have to be the provider of culinary information to the general public? None. I have no outstanding culinary qualifications, nor do I have outstanding journalistic skill. I am just a regular guy who watches way to much Food Network, really loves food and culinary adventure.
I love getting to know a city, a culture, a person, a passion through food.
