Following through

Somehow Google has been leading a few folks to this humble little site. It's pretty amusing to me to tell you the truth. I began to consider myself the Homer Simpson of foodies as I was starting to find redeeming qualities about every restaurant I visited. Along with becoming more reserved with my culinary options I started to have even more culinary experiences outside of the location of Raleigh.

I also started toying with the idea to expand the scope of the blog and start introducing some of my own food victories. I'd say I'm a pretty modest cook, but every now and then I have the ability to surprise myself. Especially when it comes to culturally diverse dishes.

But despite the revamped ideas and good intentions, the blog has remained blank until now. So yet again I promise renewed dedication to the blog. Hopefully this time it will not be empty promises, as there is still a whole city to eat.
